We just started working with Lighthouse Recruiting on their marketing materials, and so far we think it is a success. Lighthouse Recruiting is a recruiting agency in the clinical laboratory industry. Positions Lighthouse staffs include Laboratory Managers, Lab Scientists, Lab Technicians, Histotechnologists, Cytotechnologists, Generalist and Specialists.

While Lighthouse already had some great content to work with, their sell sheets needed structure, fine-tuning and direction. Vast provided that direction by dividing a general flyer into two targeted pieces. Since Lighthouse has to appeal to both potential clients and candidates it was necessary to have specific sell sheets, one targeted toward Hospitals & Labs (the client) and the other geared toward candidates.

Vast had the opportunity to provide brand direction and design to Photo Momente, a Photography studio in Duncraig Western Australia. The brand direction was to “Focus on the moment”. Instead of a traditional logo with the mark a part of the word mark, we separated it so the focus is on the moment, or in this case the “momente”.

We then created the “M” mark from the two o’s in Photo so that they had a logo mark which could compliment the word mark not detract from it. The logo mark is to be used separately as watermark, background pattern, etc..

COLOR USE

These two colors will work perfectly over white and over black.  There is no need to adjust them. White and Black are the acceptable background colors at this time.

TYPOGRAPHY

News Gothic has been selected for the Headings & Titles

Helvetica Neue Light is selected for smaller paragraph text.

QuestBlue is a VoIP Digital Telephone Service provider or ITSP and IS&T Outsourcing company.  Providing cost-cutting technology to the businesses of today.

THE QUESTBLUE LOGO MARK

The mark is the letter Q with 2 speech bubbles implying a conversation / communication.

“We are a public safety bagpipe and drum band – formed in 2006, the band serves those who have chosen a career to serve others.  Our mission is to provide a distinguishing tribute to our fallen comrades and to be in service to the family, friends and co-workers of public safety employees of North Carolina.  We desire to strengthen relations between the protective services and the public while preserving cultural heritage and enriching our community by providing traditional Bagpipe and Drum music.”

CONCEPT: FOR OUR FALLEN

The mark represents everything Wake & District stands for, “For Our Fallen”.

The mark consists of FOF, For Our Fallen, making the shape of a shield. The checkered Battenburg pattern is traditional and worn by the band members.

Wake & District Business Cards

The white front and black back can be joined together into the Battenburg pattern.  The logo mark (FOF) is in Spot UV on black matte card, which in our opinion looks amazing.

Vast was commissioned by Surya Technologies to give their branding a ‘freshening up’. We updated the logo, wrote a new tagline, designed and developed their corporate website, and designed a new Support Kit mailer just to name a few.

This is the start of a new branding project for Pennsylvania Cabinet Connection. Pennsylvania Cabinet will be distributing Custom Amish Made cabinets throughout the Raleigh North Carolina area. These cabinets are hand-crafted and built in Dutch Pennsylvania by the Amish. Vast has been contracted to design and develop a brand direction, including logo, print collateral and web site for Pennsylvania Cabinet.
